Personal Details
Attorney Alexander Kagan is an alumnus of comparative jurisprudence both of the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the University of Hamburg. After his first state examination, he completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg, where he worked at the Hamburg ministry of Economic and Labour Affairs in the Division of Energy, Services and Foreign Trade, and in Schleswig-Holstein. In Schleswig-Holstein, namely in the city of Lübeck, he was employed at the Public Prosecutor’s Office and in the Civil Division of the Regional Court.
He founded his law firm, which is based in Hamburg, after the completion of his second state examination and his admittance to the Hamburg bar. In his chambers in Hamburg’s city center, he consults and represents his clients, private and business and from various countries, in legal matters and gladly does so in German, in English and in Russian.
